Dr. Sam Hetz is an Ottawa-based physician, entrepreneur, founder, and business consultant. His work spans medical aesthetics, preventive and longevity medicine, executive health, human performance, healthcare innovation, and business strategy.

As the former owner and Medical Director of Concept Medical™, later acquired by Dermapure®, and the co-founder and CEO of LifespanMD®, Dr. Hetz has spent his career building and leading premium organizations. His expertise includes clinical service design, client experience, brand positioning, pricing strategy, team development, workflow optimization, and the creation of scalable, data-driven operating systems. In 2021, he was recognized as one of Ottawa’s Forty Under 40.

He brings together his perspective on the art and science of beauty, health, performance, and business. He shares practical insights into evidence-based care, medical aesthetics, longevity, entrepreneurship, leadership, technology, and the systems required to build exceptional and sustainably scalable organizations.

Dr. Hetz is also committed to supporting his local community. He is an active supporter of BGC Ottawa, including serving as co-chair of its annual gala. Outside of his professional work, Sam is a husband and father of two, an avid runner and fitness enthusiast, and enjoys travel, painting, and good food.
